I can’t say enough how excellent this place always is. I took my girlfriend from out of state to Howlin’ Hounds because I knew the owner would make it a special experience. She loved her cortado and my mocha was fantastic as well. The atmosphere is great, with a beautiful bar and unique artwork on display. Thank you for the hospitality and conversation!

Had a great experience at Howlin’ Hounds Coffee in downtown Omaha. I ordered a flat white and it was spot on—bold, smooth, and exactly how a classic flat white should taste. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and the man at the counter was super friendly and quick with my order.
Without doubt the finest coffee emporium on the continent of the 50 states of this fine nation. Worth flying in from NC for...and walking 25 mins from my hotel in -12F, for the 2 mornings I’m visiting my favorite city! Greg is a National Coffee Treasure. The Hostest with the Mostest! Beautiful space with graffiti artwork on the walls serving up a variety of coffees. I did the iced vanilla coffee (4.00) . My group did an assortment of drinks. Everyone was very pleased. The barista (Greg) grew up in this space. I believe he is the owner. Sounds like a family business. The barware is specifically selected. They are very casual and friendly. would happily come back! Seating is limited when it comes to the table but they have a large bar that is very comfortable to sit at.
A little pricey for a 10 oz cup of latte (7 before tip) but it was one of the best lattes I have had in a good long while. Definitely one of my new favorites in Omaha. I also love the aesthetic of the place; no-frills and minimalist yet classy. I'll be back!
Ran in for two coffees to go and was blown away by how great this place is. The atmosphere is cozy, the owner is warm and welcoming, and the coffee is oddly one of the best ones I’ve ever had. We’ll definitely be back soon
A fabulous experience from the friendly greeting to the amazing coffee. This is what a coffee shop is supposed to be. If your in Downtown Omaha do not miss this place.
